Visa Appointment Fee

Hi

My parents have filled their DS 160 forms and while scheduling appointment, i paid for their visa fees 320 dollars from my savings accounts as i had online access to get it done quickly.

I have the receipt number as well. However, when i put the receipt number against their names in their account for visa appointment, it is not recognizing that receipt number and giving error.

Did anyone else also face the same problem?

wait for 4-5 hours and repeat again. once paid, it will not automatically process yet. wait 4-5 hours and try it again.
