B2 visa after possesing immigrant visa

I went to US in 1992 on immigrant VISA , i came back later it expired, now i want to go on toursit visa(B2). Now i dont remember what type of visa was it, as i am supposed to fill in DS-156. Moreover what should i fill in the column "Whether anyone has filed a petetion on my behalf". Because i got the immigrant visa when my uncle filed a petetion. Does possesing a immigrant visa earlier increases/decreases my chances of getting a B2 VISA now?

Usually it does.

However, because you let it expire even after getting it, it is not a problem for you as it strongly proves that you don't intend to stay in the US forever.
