Hi
I am very much concerned about my mother's USA Visa. My father expired 11 years ago. I am the only son and I have two sisters. My one sister and her husband lives in USA and my second sister is working in India. I am studying masters in USA. We tried for the B2 visa by having her sponsor by my brother-in-law but she was rejected 1 month ago for the visa. Now I am back here for summer vacations and want to take another go for the visa. Does anyone can give me any suggestions or any help that how it can be cracked? My mother is retired and 61 and she gets pension of herself and of my father. She has to show presence in every November in the bank for getting the pension.
Does self-sponsor will help in these cases. I just want her to visit and see places of USA with me and my sister. My sister also have a daughter of 7 years.
Any suggestions or any help will be appreciated.
Regards
