hi my brother recently got a girl pregnant and her mom moved her to the states she had the baby but the baby has her last name. he has only seen him once and he is engaged to someone else in jamaica now he wants to try out for a visa so he can be there for the changing of the babies name and adding his name to the birth certificate. any tips to go about doing that??????
