Satish - I commend your effort and approach. I believe this will lead to the truth and bottom of the issue. I request you to post your updates in the same thread , this way we can all know what's going on.

Also, I think we need some more people to take similar approach and put pressure on the consulate. We need to lobby a bit and I am sure, this Burkha lady menance will come to an end. Keep trying folks. Never give up. To know the truth is your right.

I would really appreciate it if I was able to get the US Consulate in DC. I did a google search and it showed all different country embassies in DC. I am desperate to get my sister here for medical consult and she has been refused visa under 214(b). Maybe if I could talk to someone here and sort things out I may be of help to my sister.
