B2 visa for parents.

Hi,

I moved to US 3 months back on L1B visa. I am planning to bring my parents to US on B2 visa. Please let me know if there is any rule that we can apply for B2 visa only after 6 months of my stay in US and also will there be any problem if we apply with 3 months of stay in US.

Their b2 will be separate from your L visa. They need to be able to explain why they are traveling, and more importantly, why they will return to their home country. Parents visit their children all the time. But the visa officer will want to be sure that they are not expecting to stay in the USA and live with you forever.
