Visiting US in 4 months time again

Hello,
My In-laws would be coming to US by April end. My FIL has got only one month leave, so he will be here only till May end. But he wants to come back again in Sept. to stay for one more month and to take my MIL along. MY question here is, how good it is to come back to US again just after 4 months ? is there any time period that we should consider to come back ?? can someone please answer.

There is no rule that says a person has to be outside USA for xx period before she/he can come back. But, at POE, they can qn him and ask why u coming back so soon.. He can always say that he is here to take his wife back and need only one month stay. So he should be fine as far as I beleive.
