Hi everyone! I'm a 20 year old mother who has lived in the US for more than 10 years but I've always had a visitors visa, I recently had a baby in March and the babies father does not want to marry me and I can't get a stable job to help provide for my son, would like to know if I can still apply for a green card even though I had a baby in the states? Is having a baby in the states illegal? Thanks in advance'!

Having a baby in the US is not illegal. Baby is US citizen.
However, having US citizen baby does not give any automatic rights to their parents to live in the US. When baby is at least 21 years of age and can financially support the parent, at that time, he/she can sponsor parent(s)' green card.Immihelp Support
