I inviting my parents on visitor Visa. We both work and GC holders. I am planning to add both names since I strated working from last 2.5 years. I would like to know whether I need to add my husband name and my name as sponsors or just name is sufficeint. Thank you very much for your help.

Either one (with more income) should sponsor.

If one's income is sufficient enough to support the visitor you can sponsor alone. Otherwise, better to have 2 sponsors which will strengthen the case.

Hi,
If the Sponsor who has sponsored his Parents' tourist visit, has to be outside the country during his Parents' arrival due to job assignment, will it make a problem when his Parents' arrive.
They are coming for a tourist trip and will join a tour operator in USA.

i wish to work in USA. i can try to come on a visit visa as my sister is there but can i work part time or full time and then the company can send me a visa once my visit visa is over
