  • Lady Visa Cancelled,Baby Delivered

One lady delivered a baby in USA on visit visa and baby got the passport. When the mother was returning back home, The immigration officer asked for hospital bills but she had free insurance so no bills were provided to him. The immigration officer cancelled her visit visa saying that you cannot travel on this visa and re-apply.

In this case what she should do in order to get the visa in future.

Please do not post multiple threads on the same topic.

Her chances of getting a visa are zero. (Btw, there is no such thing as 'free insurance').

Again there is no such thing as free insurance. The medicaid that you are considering "free" care is paid for by tax paying citizens and residents hard earned money. There is record of her having utilized government assistance, so any future visa will be close to impossible for her to receive.

This is the reason her visa was denied in the first place. She has proven that she would be a burden on the US government if she is here.

Good luck to her in the future but I honestly don't see it happening for a long while if at all.

She was privileged to get a visa and she abused it by 1) having a baby at someone else's expense, 2) visiting the US while pregnant just to get the baby a US passport.
She should never be allowed back into the US!

She committed FRAUD. Luckily the immigration officer caught her and by revoking her visa, hopefully has made it impossible for her to return. She came here to have her child using the impression of a B1/B2 visa which I can assure you when she applied at the consulate, she did not state coming to U.S. to have baby. Then she can't afford to have the baby, so let's the U.S. taxpayers pick up the bill. Even if her spouse were able to get some sort of visa it won't help her. The immigration records show why her visa was revoked.

This is my opinion, not legal advice. Use of this information is strictly at your own risk.
