Can we attend B2 interview when passport was in 'Post Police Verification' status?

Hi,

Because of some data change , passport was reissued but the passport status is still 'post police verification' (passport issued first, police verification would be later).
Can we still attend the B2 Visa interview , considering the passport was issued and was in my hand now?(I already scheduled for tomorrow)
Please advise?

why don't you re schedule your interview? or better yet ask some paper works from the police to show it to the consulate officer that it's still on verification?

no worries just go for an consular interview

Consular has nothing to do with it if you have physical passport with you just go for it ! no worries regarding this also carry old passports if any.
