  • B1/B2 refused , need advise to reapply please

    Hi,

I applied B1/b2 visa for my MIL( widow) and my sister in-law( wife younger sister single working ) as joint application but they were rejected and given form 214(b) yesterday.
VO did not ask many question, she just asked few question to SIL about the family and her age . she told all about family and her age.
did not ask any question to MIL.
My question is what could be the reason? is this because SIL is single?
I want to re-apply again but only for my MIL - can I apply for her tomorrow or there should be some gap before applying again?
I showed my MIL as home maker , can i change the application to show her as business person as she file her ITR ? can we do that for the new application?
    Please help

    Thank you.

Visa officer evaluate each applicant individually. Rejection is not because of your SIL. You can reapply at any time but It's not good idea to change her profession in the application when you reapply. Because all this information is saved in their system.

    More information on visa refusal,
This is not a legal advice. Use at your own risk.

I think Delhi embassy is money making machine

      Hello Guys

I have applied for tourist visa twice and business visa once with all legal papers etc.

They didnot bother to see my papers and rejected all 3 times.

I have seen many visas got rejected before me in just 10 mins( approx 95% rejection).

Most of people from punjab for tourist visa and they donot want you to see their country and also donot want you to do business

My request please stop applying visa's and show them their reality and save india money
