URGENT !!! I am with H1B with closer I-94 validity, Can I process B2 for my spouse?

Hi Guys,
Greetings !!

please provide your feedback on the concerns below asap.

I am currently on H1B, I-94 is expires on Sep 16. and yet to apply for I-94 extension. Currently H4 PA dates are too long and I-94 validity is very closer.
I recently got married and applying B2 visa for my wife, any suggests on what documents are required to send to my wife, so she would have better chances of getting visa.

Chances of her visitor visa approval is very less because you are already in US on H1 visa and newly married.. She should try H4 visa.

Why not an H4 for an H1 spouse? B2 is only for short visits to the US.

Btw, how is this 'urgent' ??
