Visitor Visa Location

I am planning to bring my mother this Aug 2006
But just started looking for visa dates
The visa date latest available for Mumbai are Aug 22, 23rd.
I want it somewhere in June.
The dates are available in Delhi location.

Is it possible to apply for visa for my mother from location other than Mumbai just for dates....my mother lives in Gujarat.

Please let me know other options.

You can only apply in your local consulate. Whatever date is avaliable get it now before some one takes it.
