Add co-applicant, how?

Hi,
I am trying to book the visa appointment for my parents thru vfs web site. I had created this visa application with my Father's details. but, when i try to add my mother as co-applicant, the vfs application says "dates not available". how else can i add my mother as co-applicant to the existing application?

your help would be greatly appreciated.

There is no way you can add another applicant unless there are dates available. That's the reason we are saying that the website is below par in terms of how it handles complexities. I hope they give this out for OpenSource and programmers all around the world will be more than happy to create a better website and a functional one than the current website.
