error while scheduling appointment

when I'm trying to schedule appointment for parents,I'm getting errors like

Please check date of issue of Fee receipt. It is valid 2 working days up to 1 year from date of issue.

Are you entering details of the Fee receipt issued in your name?

If the data is rightly captured and unable to create a new appointment select ‘Exit’ button and contact our help line for further information.

I'm entering everything correct only.Any help?

Make sure u are entering the 10 digit Barcode number.. If problem persists, u have to contact VFS

error for appointment scheduling

I entered bar code only.Actually the nos 9A9xxxxxxxxxx(10 digits from second 9).

The passport no A1234567.
If I start with A ...giving some sql error.
If i don't start with A it is not matching the bar code.
Am I the only person with these weird problems ?

Barcode number should be only digits, I believe.. There are 2 types of no's on the receipt...pls check again

Try entering the 10 didgits starting with 9. (like 9000080732)
