Hello everyone,
I am applying for a tourist visa for me and my daughter. I got stuck in one of the questions in the form. Which is:
'Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services?'
Actually my grandfather applied DS 260 in 2002 for my mother and i came as a child in my mom's application. My mom got her immigrant visa last year in 2015. I did not get it as my age exceeded 21 years. I am 29 years old now. So is my answer to the above question will be 'YES' or 'NO'.
Please help me to proceed further.
