Change of travel reason than past on b1/b2

Hello,

I am from Pakistan and last year I got 5 years b1/b2 visa. In entries field M is mentioned. This visa was issued to attend a wedding of my friend. I travelled, attended wedding and returned timely.

On the port of entry I got admitted stamped and b2 was marked on it. Now here is my questions:

Last time I travelled for leisure / b2 reason. Can I travel again for an exhibition which is b1 reason may be, with one of my customer?

Wont it be any conflict that I got a visa to attend wedding but now travelling for business purpose and change of category. However b1/b2 is marked on visa but they know actual reason in their records.

Help will be appreciated.

yes you can travel as you already have a valid visa and they usually provide visa for Business B1 / Leisure B2 so that applicant can travel us for both the purposes to make it easy please carry exhibition confirmation/invite with return air ticket & hotel voucher with you at the time of travel and this time they will stamp it at Admitted B1.
