B2 Was denied :( Please help whaat best i can do next time.

Hi All,

Expecting valuable input

I am an Indian, married and working in Middle east.
My wife and kid are in India and my kid is studying in 3rd class.
My sister and husbands are in US and they got a baby boy 2 weeks ago and I applied visa to see my niece
I attended visa interview few days back

They asked me how long i have been in the current place.why do u want to visit US( I answered -to be with my Sister n Family for few days and to see some places),whats your brother in law ,is he on H1B(actually he is) ,how many kids you have,what is he doing,is your wife working,what is her job ,are you staying alone now (i said no) ( ,are you with your colleagues( I said no)
After this ,I was told you are not eligible this time and gave me printout mentioning about 214
it explain i dont have strong ties with the foreign country ..
I carried all the docs to prove that i have strong reason to come to my home country.But Consular did not ask me about any of the documents.
When I asked about the reasons,he mentioned that that was mentioned in the document and I could read later.

Please advice me -what i should have done
Should I apply again in a week time ?- I want to visit them in August /September (this is the possible time for me considering my Job in Middle east)

less chances if you apply from delhi embassy as my got rejected 3 times

This is impossible so donot waste your time and money if you are applying from delhi.

All they donot bother you again and you lost your hard earned money
