B1B2 Holder visiting baby from US national woman

Hi ,Am holder of B1B2 , my ex girlfriend is an american national and six months ago delivered my baby in US.The birth certificate has my name as father but we do not have any legal parenting plan.I plan to visit US for my business and also visit the child for a week.Will i have a problem at the border as i have a new born child living in US .Thank you

May be. Immigration officer at the port of entry ask purpose of your trip then you have to tell the truth.
