Visa B2 instead C (for transit) - Advice!

Hello everybody:

I need some advise about the following. I am going to travel to Canada and my itinerary is to do transit in EEUU. I want to get my Visa B2 instead Transit Visa because i am planning to visit EEU the next year. However, when i am filling the DS160 application, there is a section "Address Where You Will Stay in the U.S" but i don't have this information because i will stay in Miami for 5 hours. Do you recommend apply for Visa B2 or i need to apply for the transit visa?

If you are transiting in US only for 5 hrs for this trip then i would suggest to apply transit visa then next year you can apply for B2 visa.
