Visitor Visa re-entry during the 6 month time period

Hi,

My parents got a 10 year Visitor Visa, they were given 6 month time frame during port of entry. My parents came to US and returned back in two months. Now my Wife is pregnant. can they travel again and stay for the remaining timeframe (Another 3 months pending)?

They can travel as long as they have a valid visa. Decision to admit or length of stay is decided by the CBP at entry.
