Visitor Visa (L1) Indian Salary

Hi My husband is in L1B visa , has a traveling job and is paid in Indian rupee. We have per dm and our accomadation is provided by our company. He is planning to invite his parents here for two months Is it possible to sponsor them when we are getting paid in INR? We dont have any bank account as such in the US? Please provide some guidance as to what we can do?
