Visitor Visa for TCN

Hi Everyone,

Request you to provide information and guidance on below query.

May I know how to apply for a USA Visitor Visa from Mexico as a Third Country National (TCN) ?
I have been living and working in Cd. Juarez, Mexico since May 14th 2016 and I got my temporary Resident card as well from my firm/Immigration office and it has validity of 1 year which can be renewed later if required by the firm. Please let me know if having a Temp Resident card in Mexico will give me an eligibility to apply for the USA visitor visa under TCN category ? If Yes, how do I proceed ?

As per my understanding, you are not eligible to apply for US visitor visa under TCN category because you are working temp. in Mexico.
