Space in Last Name (Passport) but no space in VISA appointment confirmation

My Dad is going for VISA interview. In passport he as a space in last name where as during filing visa appointment I didn't entered space.

Will there be a problem during VISA interview as there will be change in Name in Passport and visa confirmation form.

VISA location is in Hyderabad, India.

Please let me know your thoughts.
