Question regarding Visitor's VISA

I have a question please clarify.
What if we don't have w2s for the past 3 years? Because i started working just last year. And this year i want to invite my father. I have only one W2.But one of the requirement in the paper works for the sonsoror says we need W2's for the past 3 years. My father got an appointment for VISA on Apr 24th'06. I am a bit tensed now. Please give me some tips.

Since u started working only last year, what u have is enough.. Just send that along with tax return copy.
