Hi all
I meet my GF last year’s 2015, in the early 2016 she went back to China. In April 2016, we meet up in Spain, and spend a spring vacation together. Couple week later she found out she is pregnant. I am not sure about if the baby will be fine, so I am waiting till July to make the final decision.
After confirming the baby is health, now I need to know the faster way bring my GF over to US. I am planning marry in the US when she is here, so I can cover her health care.
But if she is come here using travel VISA and get marry, it was a bad image for USCIS, since if we are getting marry than I should have applied for the K-1 VISA, but if I apply the K-1 now, I won’t able to see my GF during her pregnancy. Anyone knew what is the best way I can do in this case?
I don’t want the immigration thinks I am VISA fraud using travel VISA and effect the status change.
