Hello,
My father is going through critical heath condition and has been in and out from the hospital since last 2 months. He is disable and pretty much under 24 hours of supervision now. Dr. is not going to performed any surgery due to his health and age. So there are no any hope left now. My father has filed for his son and family in Aug, 2007 who lives in India. We have received an approved I-130 letter already. My father wants to see his family for the last time but he is not capable and not advised by Dr to travel this far. My brother’s family can’t apply for visitor visa since I-130 has been approved. And priority dates for current date visa is 2-3 years away. We don’t know that my father will survive that long. What should we do? I feel helpless to watch my father in pain. Please some one can guide us.
