visitor visa start.... help

Hi ,

I am starting an application for my sister and dad to visit me.
Could you please let me know the steps.

1) pay fees at bank and get a barcode to use for the application.
2) fill application form: Do I have to send affdavit of support/invitation letter/bank
statements/company letter at this stage or at the time of the interview.?
