How worse this could be ??

I have sent DS-156 printed on 2 separate pages to India (stapled together). I just noticed that it should be printed on the same paper back-to-back. I checked VFS website. It says in one place that it should be printed back-to-back. However, I do not see it anywhere else (including Chennai consulate website).

The interview for my in-laws is scheduled for this week and there is no enough time to send another DS-156 form (I am the preparer, so I have to sign it).

Did anyone print DS-156 on 2 separate pages and get rejection just because of this reason?

My opinion--- u should be ok..

I don't think it shoud be problem. When I attended in Delhi for my H1, I had taken it in two papers, they have taken it without any questions.
