Question on I-134

I have booked appointment for my Mother and MIL.Their interview dates are different.I have a doubt will filling the I-134 in Q.10.
Q.10."That I have submitted visa petitions to USCIS on behalf of the following persons"
Iam not sure what to fill there.
Can anyone please help me..
