kids visa if one parent is missing and FIR registered

Hi,

I am a woman with two kids one is 11 years and other is 5 years.
My husband is missing since last 2 years and FIR is registered for the same.

For kids visa, both parent's consent is needed. If one parent is dead, death certificate is needed. but if one parent is missing, what should do? it is nowhere mentioned in immi guide.

What documents can i provide as kids dad is not available for consent. FIR is in hand written hindi. do i need to make some affidavit?

You need to get a paper from the court that you have the kids custody
