US Visiting visa

Hi everyone, I am from the UK and i would like to visit a friend in US and also to view historical sites..for an upcoming course i will be taking soon.

I dont have a job atm and i have been on jsa for some time but i do have money from my previous jobs. I have worked out how much money i would need during those six months in US.....since he'll be charging me barely for rent at his place, I'll have money for food and travel when i am over there...so money wont be an an issue for me during my stay.


So would it be ok for me to apply for one? and what would i need.

You might be eligible to travel without a visa on VWP if you are a UK passport holder. VWP allows a visit to the US for up to 90 days.
