My Mother-In-Law goes for the interview on Mar 27. This is her 2nd attempt. She is a widow and lives with her son(whos working) and getting very little pension. Last time, when CO asked for how mach pension shes getting she said Rs2750/month and immidiatly they rejected the visa under 214(b). She has a couple of properties in India.
Even though i sponsor her, i dont understand why they rejected based on the pension shes getting. She took every possible documents even took my brother-in-law's work ID card and appt letter.
I guees if u get the visa, its based on the luck!!
What should she say if she asked the same question again? Does she have to say that shes getting 2750 pension and lives with her son?
