Urgen- DS-156 Question

I filled the DS-156 form online for MIL. It is dated 2dn march. her interview is in june. Do I need to actual put june date on Q.41 of DS-156.

I suppose My MIL just need to take prinout and add the signature on it.

Does she need to take a printout of DS-157 and just add native name or do we need to fill new form.

Please let me know.

Whatever date u have there now is fine. no need to change.

for DS 157, just take the online printout and write their name in native lang. No need of another printout.
