My husband is sponsoring my mom for tourist visa to visit us in US from India. We cannot get the employment letter for him since he recently started working under his own company name as an independent contractor in IT field. So, now he is on self-employed status. Is it a negative thing for procurring visitor's visa? What documents regarding employment should we send? Also we transfered money to a new bank about 3 months back. Should we get the bank statement from both the banks? Please help. Thanks.
