Rejection in Chennai - Only child

Friends -

My moms VISA got rejected since I am the only son. I have a sister who lives in India and my father is staying behind and not accompanying my mom. But none of that mattered to that b*itch there. She didn't look at any of the documents.

My question to the kind souls in this forum is this: How soon can I apply for a second interview? Her first rejection was on Mar 7, 2006. Is June too early for the second attempt? Is waiting for 6 months better? Are there any cases where the second interview was held in less than 6 months and got approved?

Sorry, I am confused about the apt timeline for the second interview in this chaotic process.

Give 6 months gap between retry.

To be frank, if you can get an appointment by June you are very lucky, even my parents VISA got rejected on January 4th 2006, I tried to get an appointment within 2 months unfortunately couldn't. I got the appointment only on May 3rd. which is almost 5 months. Good Luck.
