vfs website

Hello everone...I need help asap from who ever can help me. I am trying to get appointment for my parents visitor visa. But the vfs website is becoming such a pain. Its difficult to get a slot and by the time i fill out the 2 applications of my parenst the slot is already gone, its no use saving the application as it does not let you get an appointment with a saved application.

Is anybody facing the same issue if so....can someone please advise me how to go about with it. I will really appreciate your help.

Since email is a recorded message, it might force vfs folks to take more interest in keeping the site functional after hours.

Looks to me like they DO NOT want people to schedule thru this site and go to them personally [not sure if they have some vested interest].

well I asked my folks to go to their office as well but they are just not polite. I am just wondering if there is a way out of this
