  • Proof of Visa Application Fee

    Hello,

My parents are planning to visit US for toursim purpose. The Visa interview is scheduled on 16th August, 2016.

I paid the visa application fee through Net Banking. Will a bank statement be enough as proof of Visa Application fee or do I need to go to the local branch and ask for the receipt of Visa Application Fee. I am afraid the bank will not give the receipt Visa Application fee. Please advise.

    Cheers,

Bank statement is not enough. You get unique account number.

Please look at the sample NEFT payment instruction,
This is not a legal advice. Use at your own risk.

I guess you are wrong. If I am not mistaken, Unique Account Number is for scheduling the Visa Interivew. I paid the money, used the unique account number and scheduled the visa interview. tHE VISA INTERVIEW IS scheduled on Aug 16

Now, my question is during the Visa Interview - Can I SHOW a netbanking statement of the fees paid or do I need fee receipt?
