Forgot to mention home country in country visited in last five years in form DS 160

Hello,

I have recently completed my DS-160 for US visitor visa. I am permanent resident of Canada staying for last 1 year and Indian Citizen.

In the application form, for the list of countries visited in last five years I forgot to mention India, as I went to India for 4 weeks three months back.

Is there any issue you see in this?

As per my understanding it should be ok. At the time of interview if visa officer ask then you can clarify.
