I134 Item 9

I have a question regarding the I134 Item 9. My parents VISA got rejected on January 4th. They have an appt(re-scheduled) on May 3rd. For Section 9 in I134 do I have to mention my parents name.

Section 9.
That I have previously submitted affidavit of support for the following person(s).

Please could someone help me regarding this.
