Invalid Receipt number msg

Hi!
I am trying to take an appointment for my father in law, he paid the fees on Saturday morning. I am tryin gto take it now ( Monday 10:30AM) but am getting an Invalid receipt number msg.

Is the receip number Alphabet followed by 6 digits?

Is this error becoz becoz the receipt # needs to get activated or something like that?

It has to be activated, takes couple of business days. keep trying though once in a while.

BTW our receipt no is 10 digits no alphabet. So, may be you are trying a wrong number
