  • Got May 19th at Chennai

Hurrah!! Today we got May 19th at Chennai.

We had saved application for both my parents in a group. I have been trying continously since the site came back up, through the "retrieve/modify saved application" link.

Once it shows the calander of August, you can select back arrow "<<" for previous months. I used that but the program exits after 5 or 6 clicks. So you can come back all the way to March and may be back up to April and it exits.

I used a little trick after I come to "May" month I click on "Save Application and Exit" and in the next page click on the "back" button.. Again exit and come back (do not use the browser back button) this allows me to check the dates for little more time than the usual six clicks.

Hope this helps others here with this horrible website.

Good luck to all, keep trying.

If you used the calender << arrows you would notice the website will error out after about six clicks.

      I went to May calender
save and exit -> click on back button (repeated this for abt 5/6 times)
Then clicked on << button for April Calender
save and exit -> click on back button (repeated this for abt 5/6 times)
Then clicked on >> button for May calender and there showed up the date.

Lot of times the website errored out lot sooner, then I had to start from typing all the details. But I kept trying continously for about an hour or so. It helped that India was trashing England in the test match

      Good luck to you

Good to hear that you got May 19th. My EDD is on May 31st and my parents visa got rejected on FEB 4th under 214B section. I wish I can get a date before May 15th.

            How would I save...

            SNA.....

How to save the application? You said you saved application in a group. Is it possible to save the application with NO available dates? Whenever I try to submit the application, I come upto the point where it says no dates available (For Telugu Language), I can't go further than that.

SNA... This is very good information...I have a quick question in doing so...

Suppose we save the applications in a group for English appointment. When we try to get an appointment, by using "retrieve/modify saved application" link, can we select interview dates for a regional language say Telugu?

Or is it mandatory to save the applications with Telugu right up front?

              Thanks,

It is mandatory to save your application in regional language.
