  • Actual duration in USA is different from what in DS160

    Hi,

I have a (maybe silly) question. Sorry for my bad English.

In 2015 I had granted B2 visa and traveled to USA in 1 month in Dec. Before, when I filled out the DS160 form, I was not sure about my travel itinerary so I wrote that I intended to spend 15 days of May 2015 in USA. Later, my friend said that if I said I traveled for 15 days but I actually went for one month, next time travelling to USA I may be declined at the airport because they would consider it as a lie... (one of her friend who is in a same situation like me was not allowed to enter USA in the 2nd time).

In July 2016, I have renewed my B2 visa and succeeded. But I'm still confused, is there any chance I can be asked or reject at the airport in the next time coming to USA?

    Thanks for you helps.

Thank you. Maybe too many Vietnamese use travel visa to enter USA and stay illegally so customs officers may check Vietnamese passport holders more carefully
