Visitor's information in the Consulate database

My inlaws were interviewed together for a visitor visa last year and got rejected.

This time they got interviews on separate dates. On March 13, my father-inlaw went for interview. The CO asked him why didn't his wife come with him this time (FIL said that this time he is travelling alone)? The CO also recalled some of the answers my inlaws gave last time (like number of children, work). Finally he gave him the visa.

My mother-inlaw's interview is on March 17. Since my FIL said that my MIL will not be travelling with him, will she have problem with the interview?

 1. Will consulate match my FIL's answers to my MIL's?
 2. How much of information does the consulate have in their database?
 3. If my MIL say that she will be travelling alone, does the consulate refer that my FIL was already been issued visa?

 Any advice will be helpful.

 Regards
 DKM

 Sharmaji,

There are no US "consulates" or "embassies" within the Unites States. What you have is the State Department. You need to contact the liason with the foriegn consulate affairs within the State Department. Did Satish's message got deleted? Hopefully you can find an 800 # from DOS web site and follow the trail form there. Good luck.
