How to prepone telugu interview

Hi

I got telugu appointment for my parents on June 2nd. I am trying to reschedule/prepone their appointment. Can some one tell me how to do it.

What I normally do is try to create the new application and keep on checking for dates. Last week I saw a date for March 10th, then I went to Reschedule/cancel link..entered all the info..and tried but I got August. Then again I tried the new application within 5 minutes still the March 10th was available.

Is it like once I got the appointment, I can't prepone it only postpone it??

Could you Please let me know whenever you are rescheduling it so that I can book on JUN 2nd.
