Travel Help: Parent Traveling

Hi All,

If anyone traveling from Chennai or Coimbatore to NY during 2nd week of Apr 2006 (after Apr 10th), I would like to request their help:

My mother & young children is visiting US for the first time. It would be of great help, if someone traveling during that time, can provide guidance (inflight & transit). Probably they wouldn't need much, but it would be of comfort, if my parent know that some one is there traveling with them, just to ask/clarify. Would highly appreciate your help. if you can't find any help then...use Word, type & print in Bold Big fonts on each questions your family might need to ask during the journey...
examples below...

We need to catch Flight xxx how can we get to the gate?

At what gate & what time flight xxx will be leaving?

Guide us to the gate where Flight xxx will be leaving for NY

What gate is for flight xxx?

What time Flight xxx leaves?

Where are Rest-Rooms?

just think whatever u can...& give them to ur family & if they need help, they can simply use these sheets for help but make sure on the back of each sheet you write what it is for...

Rajs last time my mother visited us she was travelling alone. I wrote a letter addressing the stewardess on the flight and asked my mom to hand it over to her as soon as she got on the flight. She did that and the stewardess took care of everything from there on. She put a badge on my mom and other travellers who needed assistance and took care of their transit and immigration once they landed in the US. Just write an email that they have a problem with language and need assistance and send it to your parents.
