Anybody Experiencing This?

I can see some available dates in july.But when I go to the reschedule section it shows that these dates are unavailable.Is anybody else experiencing this?Its so fustrating.

I had actually posted a msg regarding the sam problem a few days back. It is very frustrating bcos I have missed out on 2 dates in April bcos of this stupid error.
