Forgot to mention a country visited in last 5 years.

There has been a mistake in the DS 160 form. There were three countries traveled in the last 5 years. One of them was UAE which I forgot to add in the form. Genuinely forgot. The form is submitted. However, the appointment at the Visa Application Center is not booked yet. So, what can be the solution for this? Should I just fill up another form? And book an appointment using that form number?

This will not create a big issue. But if you haven't schedule an appointment then i would suggest to fill another form.
