Downloading visa application from VFS site

My parents has confirmed visa appt scheduled on June 2nd at chennai consulate.

I was trying to download confirmed appt pdf documents ( visa application and interview letter) from vfs site and don't know where to download from...

Did anybody know the procedure to download documents from VFS site?

Goto VFS site -> Apply For a Non-immigrant Visa -> click Continue-> select no BEP -> Download details of a confirmed appointment -> enter details, click Continue-> then you have the option to either download or mail the link to download
